The kit is supplied as five components presented in one branded gift box and gift bag. The MOQ of 500 applies to the complete set, not to any single component.

The component list is fixed for the standard kit, so the box insert, printing and assembly are already set up around it. Individual parts can be discussed as variations — see the section on swapping a component below.

Which Parts Can Carry Your Brand

Every component in the kit can be customized, at different levels. The exact scope is confirmed per project together with the artwork.

Logo methods available across the kit include silk-screen printing, UV printing, gold hot stamping, silver hot stamping and etching. The method confirmed for a particular component is agreed with the artwork during quotation.

On colour, any colour in the Pantone range can be matched on the gift box and the gift bag. Colour routes for the case and the accessories are confirmed per project.

The packaging is rigid rather than folded card, which is what allows the box to sit open and hold a cut insert around the components.

Why 500 Sets Is the Practical Starting Point

A branded kit is a multi-part product. Each component has its own colour or print setup, and the assembled kit needs a printed box plus an insert cut to the final component layout. The MOQ is therefore set on the complete set, not on individual accessories.

Swapping a Component

Individual components can be replaced — for example substituting the square Classic V1 case with a round premium case with mirror. The detail that matters is that the box insert is not generic: the EVA is cut to the exact footprint of the selected components.

A component swap is therefore a packaging change as well as a product change. The revised layout has to be confirmed and a physical sample approved before production, because the insert must be re-cut to match the new combination.

Standard Kit vs Fully Custom Kit

The standard kit is one route to a branded patient kit. The other is a kit designed around a component list you define yourself.

Both routes are quoted on the same principle: component list, customization scope and packaging are confirmed in writing before production. The standard production lead time is 20 days. The exact timing is confirmed in the quotation together with the artwork and sample schedule for the project.

To receive a usable quotation, send:

1. Your logo file in a vector or high-resolution format
2. Brand colour references for the box, case and accessories
3. The confirmed component list, including any swap
4. Quantity, stated in complete sets
5. Destination and required delivery window
6. Any labelling, import or market requirements that apply to your programme
